The cosy apartment in Mediterranean style offers plenty of space to feel good with an area of 75 m² and is located on the 2nd floor.
The stylish equipment includes a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, air conditioning, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a modern shower bathroom.
A highlight is the 16 m² large balcony, which invites you to linger with a dining area and a cosy lounge. Additionally, a private roof terrace of impressive 65 m² is at your disposal. This is equipped with a brick dining area, two comfortable loungers, a parasol and a refreshing outdoor shower. From both the balcony and the roof terrace, you can enjoy a dreamlike view of the Mediterranean and the picturesque surroundings.
The apartment complex has a communal pool with loungers and parasols. The fine sandy beach is only 300 metres away and easily accessible on foot.
Cala Santanyí, an idyllic holiday destination in the southeast of Mallorca, impresses with its family-friendly bay. The gently sloping beach with soft sand and crystal-clear water can be reached in just five minutes on foot.
Also nearby is the famous natural bridge "Es Pontas", which rises spectacularly from the sea. The charming, medieval town of Santanyí with its cosy cafés and bars is only about 3 km away. Here, a typical weekly market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, inviting you to stroll around.
In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the picturesque beaches of Cala Llombards and Cala S'Almunia, as well as the Mondragó Nature Park, which delights nature lovers and beach guests alike with the bathing bays of Cala Mondragó and Cala S'Almunia.
The fishing village of Cala Figuera is also not far away. Here you can observe the fishermen at their traditional work when they return in the late afternoon with their catch and experience the charm of original Mallorca.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
