The house has a terrace, with sea views. A great place for having breakfast while enjoying the Majorcan sun. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people, a tastefully furnished kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bathroom.

House is ideal for larger groups traveling together. Thanks to the A/C with cold/warm it is also suitable for the winter. The upper part of the house can be rented in winter for couples or smaller groups.


Very close to the beach, you can walk to Cala Santanyí and start the day with a refreshing swim. There’s is also a big offer of diving and other water sports if you want.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German), radio, DVD.

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.


What is in the villa?

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.


IMPORTANT!

According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
