The finca Sa Caseta has been recently renovated and offers a living area of approximately 55 square meters, which is ideal for two adults or two adults and a child.


The finca offers an open-plan ground floor with lounge, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A large double bed is on the gallery (ceiling hight ranges from 180 to 135 cm). There is a sofa bed for a third person on the ground floor.


The finca has a stove to keep it warm in chillier months and is available for rent throughout the year.

The finca Sa Caseta is set in the hills between Porto Colom and Felanitx and offers splendid views of the countryside up to the sea. Beaches, the Vall d'Or golf course, the beautiful village of Porto Colom and the traditional country town Felanitx are all within 6 kilometers distance. Porto Colom offers several fine dining restaurants overlooking the marina, shopping facilities and two sandy beaches. Felanitx offers good shopping facilities and a colourful market on Sundays. The finca is close to the country road connecting Porto Colom and Felanitx. Depending on the direction of the wind, the hum of the cars can be noticed outside of the house.
