This property is ideally located just 100 meters from Cala Santanyí beach in the southeast of Mallorca. It is situated in a quiet area above the bay in a settlement with private houses, offering the whole family a place to relax. Older children can walk independently to the beach to snorkel, play beach volleyball, or buy an ice cream from the small supermarket on the other side of the bay. The spacious chalet is divided into a ground floor (EG) and an upper floor (OG). On the ground floor, there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms were recently equipped with new beds and mattresses, ensuring a high level of comfort. Additionally, the ground floor features a cozy living room with a dining table, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a TV. There is also a kitchenette on this floor. The roof terrace is particularly lovely, offering a view all the way to the sea.
At the entrance, there is a beautiful terrace with a cozy seating area and additional seating and dining places for the whole family. From the living room, you can access the rear terrace, where there is a long table perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast with fresh rolls in the morning or a communal dinner in the evening. You can sit outside with a glass of wine and candlelight late into the night in this holiday home.
The private pool invites you to cool off on hot summer days. On the sun terrace, you can sunbathe undisturbed or take a typical Spanish siesta in the shade.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
