On this floor there is a second toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. From a staircase you can access the tower, which is the ideal place to enjoy 360-degree views. Outside there is a private pool and several green areas with a hammock, a seesaw and several loungers where you can rest....

The best of the house is its outside area with a large garden, swimming pool, porch and barbecue. It is close to the centre of the village so you can walk to shops, bars and supermarkets in the village. It is only half an hour drive to the Costa Tropical and less than 25 minutes to Granada city.The swimming pool will be available in the summer months (please ask for opening and closing dates). Firewood is supplied in the winter months, not included in the rent....
