The two-storey house built in 1900, is part of a patrimonial colony of fishermen´s houses. It has a total size of 430 sq ft in the interior, (40 sqms) plus roof terrace and a garden with 215 sq ft. On the ground floor you can comfortly enjoy preparing and having meals in a sit-in kitchen, while you find a beautiful bathroom with bath tub and romatic sleeping room in first floor. The sleeping room is equipped with a cupboard a double bed and a sofa and has direct access to a roof terrace, from which you have a fabulous view of the colony, the neighbourhood gardens and the village.
