Our farmhouse with more than 100 years of history has a total capacity of up to 14 people, located on a 7,000m2 estate where you can enjoy the views of the area and its agricultural exploitation: vineyards, fruit trees and orchard area. Outside the house there is a small garden, a private pool and a barbecue area with an outside table. The interior of the house is built on 4 floors. In the main one, which is accessed from the entrance, we find a living room, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and the necessary appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a small dining area and direct access to the main terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It belongs to the town of Caldes de Montbui, a municipality in the Vallès Oriental region in the province of Barcelona, 40 minutes from Barcelona. House in the middle of nature, ideal to spend a good vacation in the company of family and / or groups of friends.
