Great location for beach holidays, and only 5 minutes from both Nerja and Torrox Costa. Best of both worlds. Avoid the hustle and bustle of busy central Nerja, relax in a quiet environment, yet near enough to have everything on your doorstep. Great beach restaurants just across the road, serving cocktails, sangria, fresh fish, sardines etc. live music some evenings. Great holiday atmosphere, all within walking distance! Communal swimming pool is open from April - October. The house is split over 3 floors - upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master with ensuite bathroom and private terrace, the guest bedroom plus a further twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom. All rooms have A/C - heating included, plus shutters and blinds. The living area is a large, open plan space leading onto the 50m2 south facing terrace with sea views. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer. Separate w.c. Stairs lead down to the games room with pool table, bar, wet room and laundry room. Ample space for 6 persons to enjoy a wonderful vacation....
