The 50 m2 flat consists of a living room, two bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including coffee machine, crockery, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV with SMART TV function. The house has a swimming pool. The house is very well located. In walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, supermarket "Consum" in 500 meters, a bank branch in 400 meters, 24 hours shop "Kalinka" in 250 meters and a pharmacy in 350 meters. Del Cura beach is about 800 metres away. Up to 6 persons can be accommodated (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! A cot and highchair can be rented together with a cot and highchair which costs 20 euros per stay. Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. It is located in an ideal area for families, close to supermarkets, bars. It has a lift. It has a communal swimming pool which is open in summer. Accommodation of 42 m² nice, comfortable, furnished. The flat is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room. The flats have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV with Spanish channels. In the kitchen: coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.). It is very close to the sandy beach "Playa Del Cura" (1.2 km), 500 m from the centre of the village. In 2 minutes walking distance you find many restaurants and cafés. Right next to the supermarkets Consum and ALDI (100m and 300m). You can have a good time walking along the night embankment. Alicante-Elche airport is located in 46 km and Torrevieja bus station - 1 km. A great option to enjoy a quiet and family holiday in Spain....
