It is an ideal apartment for those who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful climate of Lanzarote whilst also being close to all amenities. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, one of the few residences right on the coastline, with walking distances to the main amenities of Puerto del Carmen including restaurants & bars, shopping centres, supermarkets and excursions and car hire. There is a nice and huge terrace with privileged views to the sea. The Apartment has private access to the beach of la Peñita. It is also just a 10 min walk if you want to enjoy any of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen. A swimming pool is not necessary here as you have a beautiful beach just 1 second away!
