The holiday home has been recently renovated and is located directly on a natural, fine sandy beach called "Playa Chica". The highlight of the property is of course the terrace with a dreamlike view of the Atlantic and the tropical garden, from which on clear days you can see the island of Gran Canaria. It has a large table for 4 people for dining and countless hours of relaxation. The living and dining area, combined with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, includes 2 bunk beds, which are especially suitable for children. For adults, there is also a comfortable sofa bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90m. The spacious and bright bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace, so you can enjoy the sea view from the bed. A lift gives direct access to the beach and a solarium surrounded by tropical trees with shaded areas where free sun loungers are available. Access to the property is via a remote controlled electric gate. There is ample parking free of charge for guests and access to the building from there. Playa Chica is located on the south east coast of the massif, so the climate is pleasant and secluded for most of the year.
