If you are looking for a cosy and truly rustic country house in a spectacular setting, you will certainly not be disappointed with our fincas on the island of Menorca. These are located in absolute tranquillity but not far away, to be more precise there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred metres apart. This is the Finca ANTIGUA for up to 6 guests. The house offers on the ground floor on a living area of about 150 m² a living room with SAT-TV, a large open kitchen with dining area and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms. From the living room and the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace has a brick barbecue and from here it continues to the sun terrace where there is also the private 32 m² swimming pool (step entry 1 m - 1.80 m) with sun loungers.... and from which you have an incredible 180 degree view over the surrounding landscape. The property is located only 3 km from the village of "Es Mercadal" and approx. 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as "Cala Fornells" or "Ses Salines".
