Beautiful villa recently completely refurbished with exquisite modern taste using modern materials and micro cement. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom on the ground floor and one bedroom with bathroom upstairs. In this room you will find a private terrace with sea view. The kitchen is open plan and has all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking. It has a nice terrace equipped with table and chairs to have breakfast or dinner al fresco. It has a small garden with lawn and a swimming pool where you can swim and cool off, outdoor shower and barbecue area. This villa is especially recommended for adults or supervised children as the steps to the terrace are very close to the pool. Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. It is close to the airport so you can hear the noise of aeroplanes. The beach of Binisafua is only 500m away (7 minutes walk), and the famous Es Caló Blanc is even closer at only 350 m. There are also marked rocky bathing areas nearby. About 4 km away is the beach of Binibeca Nou and the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell, beautiful with its whitewashed houses and narrow streets. The village of Binibeca Vell is only a couple of kilometres away, where you can enjoy several restaurants. The nearest village is San Luis, only 5 km away. It is only 11 km from Mahón airport....
