The villa is only 2 km away from the Sitges downtown, only 30' if you are like to walk. Is located in a very quiet neigborhood, Vallpineda, and perfect for familys and any person that find a special place to desconection. Inside the neighbohood there is a big sport facilities with tennis and padel courts as well. The villa have are 4 rooms, all with air conditioning and double beds. It is a fantastic house for families or groups of friends who want to share their holidays in a privileged location just metres from the sea. Upon entering the house we find a wonderful and spacious garden where you can hold family gatherings and enjoy whole days under the sun. It has a fantastic swimming pool where children and adults will have a great time. It also has a large barbecue area and a table for eating outdoors. The house is spread over 2 floors, 2 double rooms en suite for privacy, 2 triple rooms en suite and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. In total there are 5 full bathrooms and 1 toilet.
