This is a Fincallorca holiday home. It has a beautiful garden with grass, several lush palm trees, cacti and olive trees; in addition to a large terrace and a partially covered dining room. There is a jacuzzi on the lawn and near the pool a Balinese bed. From the large terrace we enter through glass doors into an open-plan living-dining room with warm décor, furnished in contrasting shades of brown and coffee cream. Three bedrooms include a master bedroom with TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and an exit to the pool area. A double bedroom with king-size bed, TV and open-plan bathroom with shower cubicle and enclosed WC and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be folded down. There is a toilet in the hallway and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room to keep guests cool. The last section of access to the villa is via a dirt road. Includes a basic clean during the week and a full clean every 7 nights with change of bed linen and towels....

It is located only 75 meters from the beach and 2.5 kilometers from the center of the magnificent town of Santa Eulalia del Rio. The house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, a single room, a double room with television and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, bathroom and a storage area and laundry. The upper floor, consists of two bathrooms, a double room and two double rooms, one of them with television. The house has large terraces and porches.
