This is a very well tasted and stylish apartment, located on the ground floor in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration of the House carried out in 2018 all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space has been created where the guest will be able to enjoy calm atmosphere with all the comfort. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 1.50 m and en suite bathroom with shower, the another one has two individual beds of 0.90 m, and the third bathroom with shower is located right in front of this bedroom. There is a beautiful living room overlooking the Gardens and the Plaza de Santa Cruz, with a small balcony where our guest will be able to sit, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
