It is located in a natural area, with views over the valley and the village of San Miguel in the background. San Miguel is still an authentic, quiet Ibicenco village. The beaches of Playa de San Miguel and Benirras are very close by. The villa is completely on one level and has recently been renovated. The house is tastefully furnished. Most of the rooms are arranged around a small, beautifully landscaped patio/courtyard. The large, bright living room has a fireplace. Adjacent to this is the cosy reading room, also with a fireplace. The large eat-in kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. In front of this beautiful house is a cosy, covered terrace with lush vegetation and comfortable furniture.
