It consists of two volumes, one main ground floor and 1st floor, and another which we call pavilion, this only ground floor. These volumes are joined by a porch with marvellous views of the sea. This is the busiest point of the house, especially because of the continuous breeze guaranteed on hot summer days. On the ground floor of the main volume is the kitchen-dining room, a laundry room, a toilet and a large living room with fireplace. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a 1,80 x 2,00 m. bed and a double bedroom with twin beds. Both share a large terrace with sea views. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
