The villa is approx. 2 km before Escubells. This reformed coutry house is a mixture of old and new, some of the original outside walls are nearly 1m thick in contrast to the newer walls at the front of the villa. From the attractive parking area with weeping willow and the flowers a few steps lead to the pool terrace and villa. The entrance to the villa is through a large glass door into the open plan living/dining area and bar style kitchen with serving hatch. The bedrooms are accessed from the living area. One twin bedroom on the right has a full en suite shower room while the other 2 twin bedrooms are one step up from the living room. There is a full shower room with double wash hand basin between them. Outside, the terrace and pool offer shady and sunny areas and tucked around the corner of the villa is a built in BBQ with separate dining facilities. The rugged coastline of Cap des Falco and the island of Formentera ( weather permitting) can be seen from the terrace....

This ideal family villa, situated within easy walking distance of the charming little village of San Jose, has a large. 6 X 12m pool, (80cm in the shallow end and 210cm at the deepest point) BBQ, sun terraces and ChillOut where one can relax with a drink while watching the spectacular sunsets. There is 1 twin bedroom and 1 double which share the main bathroom and 1 double bedroom with 150 X 200 bed and a shower/toilet en suite. Each bedroom has A/C. The attractive lounge dining-room, with open fire place, for winter lets, leads onto the main terrace and the lawn which is an ideal spot for children to play. The villa is equipped with Smart TV and Wi-fi (which now can be used even down by the pool!) The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle etc. The house is situated at the edge of a small wood, at the end of a quiet cul de sac with views of the valley of San Agustin and the sea in the distance. The villa has central heating for early and late season lets and Airconditioning in every bedroom.(These are charged separately) There is also a small safe. The maid comes twice a week. The linen is changed once a week. Towels twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. The pool is cleaned weekly. There is a returnable breakage deposit of €500, or equivalent, in cash, payable on arrival. This is returned at the end ...
