The house, ground floor: Large living room with dining table and chairs, stereo system with CD, satellite flat screen TV, DVD player, exit to the covered terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The villa is not far from the botanical garden, approx. 25 min walk to the harbor and Plaza Charco and only 5 min to the nearest shopping center....
