Beautiful villa in Sa Coma, situated less than 1 kilometre from one of the best valued beaches of Mallorca, the beach of Sa Coma. It is a quiet area but you will find restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. Villa Cas Fraus is a two storey villa surrounded by a garden. The house is accessed from the street, which is a dead end street so there are few cars. The exteriors are very welcoming, with several garden areas and the terrace, located on a plot of 780 m2. The garden porch, of 36 m2, overlooks the swimming pool. It is fully furnished and has a barbecue. All in all it is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals, taking the fresh air and swimming in the pool while the dinner is being cooked. The pool, measuring 4 x 7.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2.2 metres, is private. Around it, on the lawn and on the pool terrace you will have six sun loungers where you can sunbathe comfortably. The pool area is fenced off for the safety of the little ones. The accommodation has central heating. For the summer months, open the windows and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.
