Located on a picturesque golf course amidst the exclusive resort Costa Ballena on the Atlantic Costa de la Luz and the endless, around 10 kilometer beach is also very close. Equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms two-storey apartment offers from the more than 100 square meters large sun terrace (which also has a dining table, chairs and sun loungers) breathtaking views while located on flat level second terrace overlooking the shady relax and dine invites. The apartment is located in a lovely residential complex, grows with a spacious garden, a large pool, a separate pool for the little ones, as well as two Paddlecourts (an entertaining Spanish "intersection" between tennis and squash).
