Four double room beautiful villa. Very nice views to the sea and to the mountains. Private pool and garden of 500 m2. Air conditioned, heating system. 2 minutes walk to the sea, and 15 minutes by car to a golf course. Two floors, in the main floor you have the kitchen, dinning-living room. one toilette, and one big bedroom with bath inside. In the first floor you have 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower in the swiming pool area. High speed wi-fi. All bedrooms have a direct exit to one terrace with sea views. You can reach the sea just in 2-5 minutes by walk, and can go to center of Port d'Andratx in 10-15 minutes walking....

Inside the house, there is an open plan designer kitchen, equipped with the best top of the range appliances on the market, just opposite there is an interior dining room with large windows from where you can appreciate the magnificent views of the house and access to the main living-dining room of the house, with different atmospheres, relaxation area, fireplace and the same spectacular views.
