The Finca, of about 7000 m2, is in the countryside in a very quiet area. The garden and the exterior have abundant vegetation and trees, which gives it a pleasant and shady atmosphere, ideal for children to enjoy playing safely in contact with nature. The swimming pool is located right in front of the house. It is large and comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Interiorly, the house is comfortable and functional. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with everything you need, a small lounge, a double bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a full bathroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and king size bed and next to it a lounge with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have lovely views of the mountains and countryside. This is a nice villa for 5 people, close to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a fixed barbecue, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you reach the living-dining room with sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining room you reach the well equipped kitchen. You can also go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful view of the pool, the garden and the mountains. There are also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room you will find the washing machine. A wonderful villa to enjoy your holidays....
