Our SanCarli flat is 35 m² in size, which feels large and modern. Everything is in one room and each part (sleeping area, kitchen and couch/TV) is separate. You live in a quiet area between San Agustin and Bahia Feliz, where you will almost only meet friendly locals and some relaxed Germans. You can expect a double bed, a sofa bed and is therefore also suitable for a small family. The breathtaking sea view with palm trees, direct access to the swimming pool and to the beaches Playa del Pirata and Playa del Águila will give you a real holiday feeling. You can enjoy free WiFi access, a modern 55 inch smart TV (with Netflix, DAZN, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc.), a lift and a communal pool. The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob has a large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washer-dryer, iron and hairdryer are also included. You can start the day with coffee on the private covered terrace with seating furniture, while the communal outdoor area boasts a garden with palm trees and sea views for you to enjoy the sunshine and relax in the deck chairs. From the apartment you can walk to a supermarket and a restaurant in one minute, and within 8-10 minutes by car you can reach Maspalomas with many shops, restaurants, promenades and beaches. The centre of Gran Canaria offers many great opportunities for hiking and cycling, and the biggest city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is a 40-minute drive (48 km) north of the apartment.
