A beautiful decorated luxury villa with private heated pool in a 250sqm garden. What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration. We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles. You will find 4 generously cut and designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together. On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds. The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open. The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests.
