Villa Jaxx is a beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom detached villa with a private heated pool, beautiful flowering garden with lots of privacy, private parking, BBQ and plenty of relaxation options to enjoy your holiday. The villa is located in a quiet residential area about 15/20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, beaches, shops, water park and sports facilities. There is a bus stop 5 minutes’ walk away. Through the front door you enter directly into the cozy living room with two 2-seater sofas, a TV with international TV channels and free internet. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area with table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace and pool. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, storage space and a table with chairs. The large bedroom has two single beds (put together as a double bed) a large built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the side of the garden. It is very centrally located a minute walk to the local bus stop, couple of minutes ’walk to supermarket, just 15 minutes’ walk to the beach or 4 minutes by car. Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen, dining area, game room and sitting room . 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom would be opened for more than 6 guests. Sitting room has smart tv with Netflix and international channels in different languages, has portable Wi-Fi router and is secured with alarm. and a safe locker. Villa has a large circular heated (optional) swimming pool, shower outside swimming pool, play room has a billard table for adults and for children : Ping pong table, Pool table, Football table. Alfresco dining area, BBQ area, and solarium with sunbeds. Pool and garden area are completely private. Guests have private parking right outside the villa. Local laws: Please be aware that Lanzarote has in place a system where all visitors to the island must be registered with the Guardia Civil ( local police ) within 24 Hrs of arrival.
