Private holiday apartment in a very popular apartment complex with a great pool area, right on the sandy beach of "Playa de Las Americas", in one of the most popular area in the south of Tenerife. The living room of the apartment is divided into open kitchen, dining table and cozy living room area with adjoining terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Also coffee machine, water cooker, toaster etc. are available. The main bedroom with sliding glass door to the terrace, is furnished with a large double bed (two mattresses 2x90x190cm) and has TV, safe and air conditioning. For your wardrobe large fitted wardrobes are available. Next door is the bathroom with bath / shower tray, sink and toilet. A staircase in the living area leads to the gallery, the second sleeping area with two single beds (mattresses 90 x180 cm) and a small adjoining bathroom with shower.
