At 30 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 10 minutes from the town center walking. With direct access to the E-902, and 30 minutes from Granada. Two minutes from the route of the Mammoth and the lagoon. Fully equipped kitchen, with electric grill and direct exit to the outside, living room with fireplace (we supply bioethanol; not included in the rent), double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. 2 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single), a study with sofa bed, library and two full bathrooms on the second floor.
