Our villa is a great place for families. With 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is pet friendly. This beautiful Mediterranean style of the house with private garden and new beautifull private pool is recommended for families. It was built in 2012 to our own design on a plot of 933 m2. This beautiful villa is located in the hills near Sitges and only 10 min drive to the beaches. Sitges is said to be the most beautiful resort on the east coast of Spain with seven beaches, each with its own character and a beautiful fashionable marina. The villa is characterized by space and light. The colonial style living room is spacious and comfortable. From the dining room are several doors to the veranda, where there is a cozy sitting area and also in the garden a big dinning area with pergola and lights with BBQ in a private garden with a private swimming pool. The kitchen at the rear of the house is large and fully equipped. From the hall a beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an second floor and there are the 4 large bedrooms. One of them us a annex to the masterbedroom.
