This property only allows 2 adults with the option of a child, it does not allow 3 adults. Our property, Sa Caseta, is situated in a natural environment, very quiet and is only 2 kms from Moscari, 3 kms from Campanet and 5 kms from Inca. It has wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountains. The house is about 50 sqm, has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. It also has a large swimming pool and barbecue for guests only. It should be noted that the owners live in the attached house a few meters from the property. There are 2 dogs on the property that belong to the owners, although they are not dangerous for the guests. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. In the nearby villages you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Tourist tax payable on arrival (2€ per person per night) Parties and events are not allowed....

This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
