The house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residential area and offers privacy. An extra-large pool (12 x 6 meters) is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and relaxation, thereby releasing the magnificent views over the bay of Denia. The center of Denia and the sandy beach of Las Marinas are about 5 minutes by car. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, keep the house cool in the hot summer months and warm during the winter. This charming villa located in the area of Marquesa (Denia) has two bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people. It has a large garden (fully fenced) and a large swimming pool, as well as all kinds of outdoor furniture for your use and enjoyment. The villa is decorated with a lot of personality, on entering we find the living/dining room with a fireplace, as well as a glazed porch ideal for dining in the sun in the winter months. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. For your comfort the house has wifi, central heating and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 1.50m beds and next to them is the bathroom with shower. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From 1 October to 30 April for stays longer than one month are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency....
