The 40 m² property with both a step-free access and interior consists of one big room with a well-equipped kitchen and a double bed, as well as 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Kitchen appliances include a sandwich maker, pans, juicer, etc. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office workers, a TV as well as air conditioning. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street. This small chalet located in Montgo has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a small private garden where you can enjoy a barbecue or a relaxing moment. The communal swimming pool is located at the end of the street where the house is situated, it has shaded areas and lawns. On entering the house we find the living/dining room and open plan kitchen. Everything is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts, such as air conditioning, TV, wifi and a pellet cooker for the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine (dolcegusto), toaster and kettle. The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). Both have a ceiling fan. Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. Please note that the shower is very narrow. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
