Casa Mila is a great house located a few meters from Playa Cristal, it has a truly exceptional location with great sea views. The community is quiet and family friendly with a large garden area and swimming pool. On the ground floor we have a separate kitchen, laundry room, toilet, living dining room and access to private porch from which we access the garden and swimming pool. On the first floor we have three double bedrooms with ceiling fans and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace with beautiful sea views and en-suite bathroom. The parking is indoor and is included in the price. The area where Casa Mila is located is the centre of Playa Cristal, going down some exterior stairs 85 metres we find ourselves in the centre of the promenade on one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada, if we do not wish to go down the stairs the option of access to beaches is 125 metres away. Due to its proximity to the sea, Casa Mila has a pleasant sea breeze and there are ceiling fans in the rooms. The house has internet access. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars are close by without the need to take the car.
