The spacious lounge, leads out to a large terrace, some of it under cover and onto the pool and garden with a BBQ. There is a separate TV room (with a smart TV) and a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet and upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have mezzanine levels that can accommodate another 3 people (a single + a double bed). The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre-optic WIFI. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated in Lower Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
