This charming and well furnished house is situated in a very quiet urbanisation. The house has a lounge/diner with an . American kitchen, two well sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with built in wardrobes. There is a big family bathroom with walk-in shower and a cloakroom. There is a nice outside terrace with dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the mountain view. The rooftop terrace with garden furniture has a breathtaking mountain view. A/C in the lounge and in both bedrooms. A separate laundry room to the left of the entrance For your entertainment there is a television, but no WiFi. Bedlinen, towels and a reasonable consumption of electricity are included in the rental price. A Security / damage deposit: €100 is to be paid in cash or Bizum upon receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb).
