The holiday home on a finca is suitable for up to five people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with WC, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. The kitchen has a 4-ring hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. In the living room there is a sofa, a table and a TV where you can watch German programmes. Outside there is a terrace and a large pool with a fantastic view of the sea and the Teide, just a few metres away is a restaurant, shops and other restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car. The terrace is equipped with 3 sun loungers, barbecue and a table for 8 people. The views are breathtaking. Directly to the small cove, where the sea comes in and the waves break. The house has two bathrooms, one of them with double shower. Two bedrooms with double beds, and two additional bedrooms with sofa beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. The internet is fibre optic and is very fast. If you have to work online, you won't have any problems. The flat is on the first floor of the building, but the entrance is on the 6th floor. You have to go down a long flight of stairs to get there, as there is no lift. Our accommodation is located in El Caletón, a small village on the north coast of Tenerife. It is reached by a winding road and you can find sufficient parking a few metres before you reach the entrance to our building. There is no public transport, so a car is essential....

The villa is located in a very quiet residential area called "Puntillo del Sol" and has stunning views to the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide. An extra bed is available for an extra child and if necessary, a cot and high chair as well. An ideal holiday home for individual travellers who wish to spend their holidays away from the mass tourism resorts, in a year-round warm climate zone.
