This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is really spectacular with absolutely amazing views of the bay of La Herradura. It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs! Around the back of the house there is another independent single bedroom with en-suite, perfect for a teenager or nanny who want a little privacy! Not suitable for younger children. Villa Almijara is an absolutely stunning villa situated on the cliff edge at the base of Punta de la Mona. Each of the 7 bedrooms has it´s own bathroom, plus there is a guest toilet. 4 of the bedrooms are downstairs on the lower level near the swimming pool and the other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is one master bedroom with double bed and en-suite and the other bedrooms can either be twins or doubles. The beautifully appointed luxury living room has large comfortable sofas around a real fire with patio doors leading out to one of the many terraces where you can relax in the sunshine, enjoy al fresco dining and take a dip in the large private pool. The kitchen has everything one could need. Two ovens, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, beer dispenser and more! Just outside the kitchen there is a large outside dining area with extendable awnings so you can either enjoy the warmth at the end of the day or escape from the hot sun! Wonderful views across the local bay and to the west down the coast towards Malaga and the sunset. The villa is ideal for a couple, large family or two families sharing. There are five spacious air conditioned comfortable bedrooms (four of which are en-suite). the fifth family bathroom has wc, basin and walk in shower ), a large lounge with sat tv and wood burning stove, dining room, separate kitchen and utility room. On the lower ground floor level a studio kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and combination oven/microwave. A spacious covered terrace/outside dining area overlooks the pool area with panoramic views both out to sea and inland to the mountains. Outside are three sun terraces, a private swimming pool with a cascade feature, large eight person hot tub and a games room which features a pool/snooker table and darts etc. The villa has a double garage which houses a full size table tennis table and outside parking.
