The newly built villa Margarita is located in a very quiet area of L'Escala, but at the same time it is only 6 minutes (500 metres) away from the beach. A fantastic place to spend your holidays. The spacious outdoor area of the house has a large swimming pool. And the garden is well equipped with sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, and also an outside table, to enjoy long meals with family or friends. The house consists of two levels. On the first level there is a modern and well equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining room, a double bedroom en suite, a second double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the second level there is a double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the same level is the garage. In total the house can accommodate 8 people: 3 double beds, and 2 single beds. Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
