You will arrive from the top of the house in a quiet dead end where you will find your parking for 2 cars. The house Carrer Rubens is part of a group of ten houses overlooking a large park sloping to a small wadi quite dry in summer! You arrive in the large living room by the mezzanine and its wide view of the bay of Rosas. This living room opens fully onto the terrace facing the sea. The American kitchen with bar is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, slicer, Nespresso, hood, fridge ...) On the lower floor: 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and toilet, sea view; two other bedrooms, one with sea view and terrace also.
