Villa Mango Mountain is a charming villa situated in Nerja. This villa boasts two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. The cosy lounge area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen television, perfect for relaxing evenings. Additionally, guests can enjoy dining facilities and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for added convenience. The outdoor area offers entertainment options such as table tennis and a brick-built barbecue, ideal for enjoying the pleasant weather. Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the path to the terrace area is 200cm wide. The terrace is flat with a small patch of lawn. There is a small step up to the pool, while the inside of the pool requires step access. Access to the covered alfresco dining area requires step access. This can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property, where the door into the lounge/kitchen is 150cm wide. A small villa with incredible sea views! A small villa with a lot of charm due to its great location in front of the sea. It enjoys unbeatable views of the coast from its balcony and swimming pool. The beach is a pleasant walk of a couple of minutes. You can finish the day with a barbecue on your patio or dine out at one of the good restaurants and seafood restaurants in Maro or Nerja. It is a perfect retreat in an idyllic location. Situation and exteriors A privileged situation... like a balcony overlooking the sea. The sea views are incomparable. Going to the quiet beach below the house is a pleasant walk. The village of Maro is approx. 2,5 km away. Nerja, with its famous beaches, is only 7 km away. In front of the house there is a nice patio with barbecue and dining table. Next to the living room there is a small terrace for 2 persons. The pool (3m x 5m) is on a lower level (stairs), offering the same views and sunbeds with mattresses. Interior and layout All rooms are comfortably on one floor. The living room is very comfortable and rustic in style with fireplace, dining table, sofa, armchair, coffee table and satellite TV.
