The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the climate of the south, where you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 22m x 10m and a depth between 1m and 1.80m. Please note that as it is an urbanisation and has direct neighbours, privacy is partial. Once inside the house you will find a porch where you can enjoy a drink with your companions. Once inside, it is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with TV and sofa bed for one guests and the kitchen with ceramic hob equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and feel at home. On the same floor you will find a toilet. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One of them has a double bed and the other two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. The Urbanisation is only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Huelva but it is worth mentioning that the area of El Portil itself has all the necessary services for your stay. If you want to take a stroll along the beach we recommend you to go to the Portil Beach but if you prefer nature, the Doñana Natural Park is an ecological sanctuary that is home to a unique diversity of flora and fauna. Walk 20 steps from Villa Canela and you are on the stunning golden sandy Atlantic beach - here you can walk for miles in both directions. To the west is natural beach with unbelievable sunsets, east you can reach a variety of wonderful beach bars within minutes; these serve delicious Spanish food or tapas, cold beer and cocktails at any time of the day. When the tide goes out beautiful sandbanks appear. The villa is modern, has 6 bedrooms (because the upstairs lounge can be used as bedroom no.6) and 3 bathrooms. There are views of the sea and the beach from different parts of the property - ground floor, from the upstairs lounge and from the roof terrace. The beautiful 11m pool has a new Eco-friendly Air Source Heat Pump. It can therefore be heated for a small additional cost: (E200 in summer and E300 in winter). Most guests do not require heated water in summer, but it is wonderful for young children or guests who enjoy a warm pool! There is also an OPTIONAL CHILD SAFETY FENCE - this needs to be requested so that we have it set up for your arrival. There are plenty of sun loungers, outdoor chairs by the outside dining table and additional comfortable seating areas in the shade overlooking the pool. Casa Molineros is a detached villa with an enviable south facing private garden and its own pool. It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of wifi. All rooms have mosquito blinds. There are 4 large bedrooms 3 of which are on the ground floor , 1 double with en suite shower room a further double and a twin which share the family bathroom. An additional cloakroom is also on this floor. The master suite on the first floor has its own balcony overlooking the garden and golf course. The living area is spacious and has large sliding doors leading onto the patio area of the garden . The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern . There is a courtyard area to the side where outside dining can take place with a large table and seating for up to eight. The region offers an uninterrupted line of beaches stretching for 120km from the Rio Guardiana on the Portuguese border to the Rio Guadalquivir in the east. The beach of Nuevo Portil is just a ten minute walk away . There are a selection of local bars , restaurants and shops within walking distance and El Rompido is just a five minute drive where you will find plenty more .
