This small but fantastic 50 m² duplex holiday flat is located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. It is ideal to discover one of the trendiest areas of the city, the Santa Catalina district. It is important to inform that in spite of being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the flat is located in a small street, very narrow and without traffic.
