The corner house Casa Alicia is quietly located in area of Solric about 4 km from the beach and centre of the old fishing village of L'Estartit. Casa Alicia is a very well maintained house with a lovely garden with several seating areas. The house consists of: entrance, living room with dining area, TV with Spanish channels and French doors to the garden. Kitchen with all equipment, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom 'en suite' with toilet and shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 1 small single bed and second bathroom toilet and shower. From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine with a sofa bed. In the backyard, with beautiful views, are several terraces with seating and dining table.
