It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen integrated into the living room and a bright terrace equipped to enjoy at all hours. Enjoying a bright apartment with large windows that let in the fresh evening air from your private terrace seems like a dream. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people stroll along Calle del Pecado, or enjoying a candlelit dinner. It also has an electric awning. The terrace floor is made of artificial grass, which gives a pleasant and warm feeling to the environment.
