With this abundance of water, they built the laundries where the woman used to wash the family´s clothes. Fantastic Studio in front line of the San Marcos Beach totally refurbished and for two persons. The building is located in a cul-de-sac and has access from the back of the building, where there are numerous parking spaces and a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the street. The studio is cosy and has a large living-bedroom separated by a screen from the living and dining area. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The bathroom with shower has also been recently renovated. It is a perfect accommodation for a quiet holiday, away from the crowded tourist centres. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The centre of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the ancient dragon tree, numerous museums, restaurants and shopping areas is only 2 km away. Nature lovers and hikers will find a multitude of hiking trails and a visit to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, the Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the studio, is not to be missed. The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve.
