The property is divided into 2 separate parts. The upper floor and the lower area at pool level. The upper floor, which has been completely renovated with high standards in autumn 2018, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the pictures it shows the outcome of the renovation and the interior decoration skills of the owner have complimented the villa to a luxurious upper area of the villa. One bedroom with double bed of 1.60 * 2.00 m is located towards south with nice views to the Mediteranean Sea and is on the same level as the living with an en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Taking the staircase one level down there are 2 bedrooms. The very spacy master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink en toilet and access to a terrace towards south and has a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00m.
