The area is residential and relaxation is assured. The property is spacious with double bedrooms and a large living room with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The distance to Malaga is about 25 minutes and you have several options, you can get to the centre of Malaga without taking a long detour or through Churriana to get to the west of Malaga. You are also 15/20 minutes away from Torremolinos and the motorway to Benalmádena, Fuengirola or Marbella. Casa Rural Las Mañanas is a beautiful family home with incredible views, you can have breakfast with the only sound of the birds in the background. Vacation villa with pool The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them double and one for 4 people, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with views and a large living-dining room with fireplace. There is also an independent summer kitchen in the kitchen area, with a griddle and hob, fridge and all the necessary equipment to enjoy magnificent outdoor dinners. There is a recreational area with basketball hoops, a beach volleyball court and a five-a-side football goal. The whole area is on earth, the volleyball court is made of beach sand. The exterior has a beautiful garden area with fruit and olive trees, sun loungers, parasols and a spectacular Balinese bed for four people. It also has covered parking for several cars, and an Andalusian style patio at the rear. Please note that the heated swimming pool has a temperature of between 28ºC and 30ºC and will be heated from October to April included in the price of the accommodation.
