In the urbanisation of Los Claveles which is under a 10 minute walk into town, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach which means a car is not necessary. There is also a pub, Indian restaurant and a bar all within a 2 minute walk. We are also very close to Olivias (the famous restaurant from TOWIE) which is a popular place to visit with live music and dancing, this is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our villa has beautiful gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool to swim in. You can relax in the many outdoor seating areas. It has a lovely cool covered terrace with a dining table. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with seating area, sunbeds and an amazing sea view. You will also find a pool table and darts board to keep you entertained during your stay. The villa is located in the beautiful Sierrezuela area, 4 km from Fuengirola beach. The villa has just been renovated to a high standard in Scandinavian style. There is a large nice living room with modern fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have a fantastic view of the terrace, the pool, Fuengirola and the Mediterranean. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the 1st floor. (2 of the bedrooms have single beds, which of course can be put together as double beds. 1 bedroom has a double bed). All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have fitted wardrobes. There is aircon, cold and warm, in all bedrooms and the living room / kitchen. There is wifi. There are lovely gardens and terraces around the house, so with plenty of room for the whole family. Lovely big private pool where you can really enjoy yourself. The pool measures 4.5 meters x 8 meters. Here you are close to everything and yet in a quiet area. Fuengirola beach is 4 km away, it is called Paseo Maritimo del Rey and is 7 km long. Here you have plenty of bars, restaurants, discotheques and sun beds on the beach. Nearest shops are approx. 400 meters from the villa, here you have supermarket, pizzeria, baker, pharmacy and Indian restaurant.
