Villa of two-hundred and eighty square meters built on a plot of one thousand square meters. The house has two floors. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen with all amenities, a spacious dining room with TV with satellite and air conditioning with cold and heat pump, a huge bathroom with tub and double sink; a room with direct access to the porch with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning (hot and cold) and bathroom with tub. We also find a utility room with washing machine and a bright and large porch where to eat outdoors and in the shade. Through a beautiful marble staircase with a large window overlooking the mountain we climb to the top floor. In it we find a large living room with air conditioning, a sofa of 3'10 meters long and a TV of 50 inches, 3D, with DVD and satellite. The living room has a large window that goes to the terrace. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning (hot and cold) and full bathroom en suite with direct access to the terrace and two other rooms with two single beds, air conditioning and also with full bathroom inside of each room. All spaces inside the house have large windows overlooking the mountain so it is a very bright house. The area is very quiet.
