The charming finca Es Moli d’Aigua is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the municipality of Son Servera. The secluded location of the finca with a living space of 240 m2 is ideal for six people. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television, as well as a cot and a highchair (on request). Outside, there is a pool and garden with a sea view, sun terrace and loungers, a large lawn, a table tennis table, basketball hoop and football goal. You will also find shady spots on two terraces with comfortable seating. There are two golf courses next door and the nearest beach (Platja de Sa Marjal) is just a few minutes drive away (2.5km). The furnished porch creates an outdoor space which, together with the barbecue, is ideal for enjoying delicious alfresco meals. Entering the bright interior of the house distributed over two floors, you will find the space shared by the living room and the dining room. With a fireplace and a Smart TV next to the sofa and two armchairs, it is an ideal space where you can relax in the evening with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals to eat together in the dining room. On the ground floor there are two of the three bedrooms of the house, one of them with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden. To complete this floor, there is a second bathroom with shower.
